How we work

As your Bali agent we can search out and source any item that exists in Bali or Java. After your initial request, we respond by emailing you photos of the objects which we feel best match your idea from our database. We enclose information on materials, size, cargo volume and cost.

If these items do not correspond precisely with what you have in mind we can have anything custom-made to your specifications within 6 weeks.

Once you have made your order with BALIDECO, we get to work. We monitor the progress of your order from manufacturing, quality control, fumigation, and packaging all the way to the loading and closing of container doors. Throughout this process we remain in constant contact with you via email or phone so that you are kept up to date on the progress of your goods.

Alternatively, if you wish to come and visit the magical island of Bali for a personal buying trip, our local BALIDECO agent will come and pick you up at your hotel and take you on a tailored buying trip away from the tourist shopping circuit. Driven directly to the villages of our manufacturers an artisans, you will see the objects being made and be able to make your order at our wholesale prices. We then organize the container and shipping for you as you relax by the pool.
