- How to place an order ?

When you have made a choice from our site, please give us the code of the product with the quantity, size and colour. You can either fill in the form on our website or send us an email. |

Alternatively if you have a custom order, please email us either a photo, drawing or description with dimensions, materials and colour choice. We will contact our craftsmen and have it made immediately. |

After validation of your order, we request 50% deposit of the sum of the bill to confirm the order to the manufacturers.

Once the orders are completed and checked by us we will request the balance of the bill before we ship your purchase to you. We then forward to you all original bills and the export documents. |

BALIDECO will also organize and monitor the freighting to you and the expense of the container transport can be paid at arrival at the country of destination. |
- How do you ship my purchase ?

BALIDECO has long standing relationships with varied reputable international freighting companies in Bali and will organize and supervise the shipping of your product. |

Shipments less than 45 kg are shipped by Fedex/UPS/DHL |
| ° |
Shipment between 45 kg and 500 kg by air transport. |
| ° |
Shipments over 500 kg is shipped by bulking and freighter.
Bulking is when you share a container with other shipments to the same destination. Though this can be cheaper often there is a long delay while the container waits to be filled to capacity with other shipments.
Prices are calculated by volume of m3 (meter cubed) and the minimum volume accepted by maritime companies is 1 m3.

- What about taxes ?

The taxes you will have to pay and specific shipment laws are dependent on the country of destination , we will inform you of all necessary costs and conditions. |
- How long does it take to prepare an order before shipment ?

It usually takes between 3 to 5 weeks (minimum for custom furniture) for us to manufacture, pack and fumigate your order. |
- What is the method of payment ?

Payment is made by transfer of funds from your bank to our bank account in Bali. |
- Can we customize your products ?
| ° |
We can customize your product by printing/carving/branding your logo on the object. We can also make labels, price tags, and paper bags with your personalized logo. |
- Our remuneration :
|
For objects and art we charge 20% of the final bill of purchase.
For furniture items we charge only 15% of the final bill of purchase.
These rates are negotiable on a case by case basis.
