Our Ethics

Drawing on experience from all over the world we are sensitive to the ethical issues of labor and environment. We do not work with businesses which employ child labor or in any way exploit or mistreat their workers. We pride ourselves on having long term, respectful, mutually beneficial relationships with our manufacturers and purveyors.

Working with natural resources, environmental issues are of paramount concern to us. Illegal logging is a serious problem in Indonesia. Bali Deco only uses Teak and other wood from official government forests or recycled sources. We demand official certification verifying the legitimacy of the wood used, and these documents are available to be sent along with your goods upon your request.
