Balideco has the experience and resources to completely furnish large scale hotels and houses. Following your floor plans and working closely with our interior decorator. We will come up with several styles for you to choose from. Each style package will include a complete breakdown of every item you will need for each room. The floor plan that you give us will be completely furnished with furniture, soft furnishings, lighting, decoration paintings, air conditioner, and TV. All is left is for you to choose from the several style options and the complete furnishings of your hotel is ready to be shipped.

HOTEL/HOUSE KNOCKDOWN CONSTRUCTION

Balideco has a department dealing with the complete building of wooden knockdown houses, bungalows and hotels. We can either design with you using our architect, or follow your floor plans to build a complete structure out of solid Bangkirai wood. The building is built in a knockdown design so that once the structure is complete it is taken apart piece by piece. It can then be loaded into a container and shipped to whatever destination and re-built up. For large projects such as hotels and large houses, we can send over a master builder to assist with the re-built. Our structures are beautifully crafted wooden buildings made within the highest building code parameters.
